Porsche and Volkswagen service centres required reliable compressed air stations and piping networks. This project needed a complex installation: 1 km of concealed aluminum piping for 100 premium service bays. Achieving this required precision engineering and adaptive, client-centric leadership.
A major design effort was undertaken to tailor solutions to each site’s consumption. Investigation was done for air quality and air drop needs. This was accomplished by establishing requirements, optimizing flow and pressure, and integrating air points into workbenches. The project also involved managing global supply chains, contractors and remote teams.
The final solution boosted client trust, resolved conflicts and exceeded expectations. It was delivered on-time and on-budget, valued at $850,000 USD.
